With our help, FORA students quickly catch up to grade level, find joy in their schoolwork, and go on to succeed in school, their communities, and beyond.

 

After individualized lessons with our dedicated tutors, FORA students improve dramatically. From June 2023 to June 2024, their Star Assessment scores improved by 11 percentiles in reading and 16 percentiles in math (as measured by the Star Assessment). This is 3.4x greater growth in reading than would be expected in an average year, and 2.64x greater for math.

 

Our students also show significant emotional growth. When asked “is your child happy at school?” the percentage of parents who reported that their children were happy leapt from just 50% in 2021 to 96% in 2023. ​
