ADLER PLANETARIUM INTERNSHIPS
The Adler Planetarium provides opportunities for young people to engage deeply with STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math), prepare for a variety of careers, act as community thinkers and change-makers, and meet peers from across the city all while having fun! Asal, Babash, So, and Mohammed Narula have all completed competitive internships for the Adler Planetarium.
FULL RIDE SCHOLARSHIP
Asal Amiri received a full ride scholarship for all four years to attend the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign. UIUC is one of 15 best public universities in the nation! It is also Illinois' flagship public university.
COMPETITIONS
So earned recognition as a top business professional in the state of Illinois. As a result of his outstanding performance, he qualified for the finals, which took place in Atlanta, Georgia. This opportunity allowed him to showcase his skills and compete at a national level, representing Illinois on a larger stage.
POSSE
SCHOLARSHIP
So and Babash were nominated to compete for the Posse scholarship. While So was nominated by his school, Babash was nominated by the Adler Planetarium.
NORTHWESTERN PROGRAM
Mo was recently accepted into an elite Northwestern program for gifted high school students looking to enrich their academic experience.
